Placed order for 2 Pashminas on next day delivery. Following day received email to say they were on a back order and would be with me in a few days. Daniel kept me informed and gave me a small refund for inconvenience. They arrived a few days later and are great quality. Ordered a Navy and Black. Will Defo order again and recommend them for Great customer service.
