My experience with Patch and Purr was excellent. Through a difficult and painful time, the staff were compassionate and helpful. This was an unexpected loss, however, a friendly team member picked up my pet within hours of my call. My pet was returned two days later by the same staff member. The entire process was smooth and they kept me informed every step of the way. I chose not to use the complimentary bereavement counselling but it was wonderful to be offered this, even though I purchased a basic package. With the ID system they use, I was reassured that I received my own pet's remains. I highly recommend Patch and Purr and will use them in the future (although hopefully not for a long time!)
