I cannot express how much love and support I received when my darling Henrii Wiinston passed away in April. I was literally distraught and they lady who answered the phone made me feel comforted and understood my pain. I was able to see Henrii again before he was cremated and in my devastation this was a comforting experience, even though I would have done anything to have Henrii back with me. They returned Henrii just 2 days later and I got a call saying "We are 30 minutes away and are bringing Henrii home". The service as a fur mummy was exactly what I needed and what our family needed in coming to grips with the loss of our beloved little man. Thank you for the care you gave to us and especially to Henrii Wiinston. x
