Had such a beautiful experience with Patch and Purr after losing my little petal of 16 years. Everyone was so kind and empathetic from the first call I made to advise them of my order right up until it was hand delivered to my door. Gorgeous hand written notes were left with my order to let me know they too were grieving for me. They constantly called to let me know of the progress of my order and adhered to every custom request I made. I was shown nothing but compassion and empathy in a time of great sadness and it made my loss a little easier to get through. It is clear to me why they do what they do and I am so grateful that people like them exist.
