It is a wonderful service and I was happy to be able to do this. I did find that this service did have poor communication though. Dont pick up phone, unable to give much notice for delivery of ashes, say they will txt details and dont follow through. The person who was most helpful was a man named Michael, very kind person with this service who was on his day off and still responded when I texted him. He really did make my day easier. As it turned out my daughter and I travelled locally to pick up my dog’s ashes. Thank god for the Michaels of this world.
