I paid $350 for an annual PathSocial subscription. It appeared to work for about three weeks (~30 new followers/day), then my follower count dropped and stayed flat. Support told me they would “upgrade my algorithms,” but nothing changed. In my experience, Instagram actively limits third-party growth tactics, so the service stopped delivering results. Because PathSocial’s refund window is only 7 days, I had no meaningful recourse after problems surfaced. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the service—buyer beware.
