Diane Welty has been a breath of fresh air. She is consistently approachable, knowledgeable, forthcoming, friendly, funny and overwhelmingly helpful. If there is no obvious solution to a supply problem, she always finds a less obvious but equally effective walk-around. She picks up on the second ring, and if she cannot, I know she will return my call within minutes. I believe she truly cares about her clients, and I cannot think of a higher compliment. I am so glad to have Diane as my Patient Care agent -- I know I'm in caring, capable hands.
