Quality of the material used for the waste band of mens underwear is poor so that in the recommended 30º wash settings the elastic threads separate and wrap around other garments. The silk mix material also very quickly loses the smooth condition when first delivered. It is clearly unwise to accept their advice that a 30º wash is appropriate. The customer service response to my email to them was just to say that they had noted my comments but had not experienced the problem themselves - not the most encouraging response if they expected any further business or a good recommendation. Will avoid them in future.
