Absolutely excellent. Very pleased with the end result. Our amazement , in particular, was with the true likeness of the people we asked Patsy to draw. Features were spot on and she interpreted our brief perfectly. All the little details included. We asked for one amendment, (being a workplace committee we could not all agree on hair colour!) and Patsy made the change without hesitation. Really good idea being able to approve it and make amends before it goes to print.
