Patsy did a fantastic job with the caricature we ordered as a retirement gift. She paid attention to and incorporated many fun details that helped make it even more special! When we requested a slight edit to one element in the original draft, she was completely professional and worked closely with us to achieve the best results. We are in the US, and shipping from the UK took slightly longer than expected, but that’s certainly not anything that could’ve been avoided on her end unless we had requested a faster (and more expensive) alternate shipping method.
