Paul came to measure, found him to be professional, courteous. The ordering process was without issues and also the fitting of our blinds in the kitchen and conservatory was to a very good standard by Andy the fitter. Even though a blind was not right for one of our doors, Paul James went above and beyond to ensure we had one that fitted properly, Andy called to remeasure as the first blind was made wrong size by workshop. During this process we had a new door fitted so the second blind had to be exchanged for a third to fit the new door. It was a good timescale from appointment to finish of fitting. Paul James offered us an exceptional service, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Andy is excellent fitter. Good service all round.
