Great service all round. Paul himself came to measure up and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He gave us great, pragmatic and practical advice about types of blind and different colours. The blinds were ready when expected and Andy, the fitter, did a lovely job. Very neat and gave advice about use and care. He also noticed a minor colour issue with the fabric affecting three of the blinds and took photos and details and three new blinds were ordered; the originals were left in situ while the new ones were made. No payment was expected until the replacements were fitted. The new blinds were fitted today and look great. The company’s attention to detail was fantastic and I would highly recommend them.
