After receiving a not engraved necklace for the second time I decided to send both necklaces back and get a necklace somewhere else and told this to the Customer Happiness Specialists. Without my permission they send me a third necklace that is engraved. I send an email that I haven't asked for that or gave my permission but they won't give me my money back. Worsed service I ever experienced and I will never buy something from this company.
