Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Rücksendung vorgenommen und musste die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen – und das, obwohl mir eine Rückerstattung zugesagt wurde! Der Kundenservice gibt nur ausweichende Antworten und verweist auf das Insolvenzverfahren. Das mag zwar ein Problem des Unternehmens sein, aber als Kunde sollte ich nicht darunter leiden! Absolut enttäuschend, ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen
