Tolle Produkte und wir als Wiener unterstützen natürlich sehr gerne kleine Unternehmen aus Wien. Bei unserer Bestellung ging leider etwas schief. Mussten sehr lange auf die Hundematte warten und mussten immer wieder beim Support nachfragen, welcher aber freundlich war. Verstehe auch dass Rücksendungen nicht gratis sind - daher ist es umso wichtiger, dass Beschreibungen des Artikels korrekt sind. Wäre toll, wenn es die Option geben würde, den Artikel vor Ort zurückzugeben. Dennoch werden wir wieder bestellen ☺️
