Ich liebe das Team, die Qualität und natürlich das Aussehen der tollen Produkte von Euch.
Einzig der Marketingauftriitt und die Erreichbarkeit bzw. der Kundenkontakt verwirren. Man vermutet aufgrund der Professionalität und Werbewirksamkeit ein viel größeres Team, was dann verwirrt, wenn es doch mal ne Zeitlan dauert oder die Antwort von Euch warten lässt.
Das kann schnell Verunsicherung bringen beim Kunden. NUR als Hinweis für Euch.
