Do not order from this company Do not order from this company! I had high hopes. Cute things and a referral from a friend. Ordered a cat bed and 10 days later it is still sitting in the origin city supposedly waiting to be picked up by USPS. Company support team has only lied and wasted my time. Promised updates were likely delayed. Even promised a 50% refund for inconvenience that was never received. A similar item, if not the same, is available on Amazon for early 30% less with overnight delivery. I simply wanted to cancel order for a refund and they refuse. Such a waste of time! They even lied about sending email responses to my first 2 queries...which were never received. Then after my 3rd attempt someone named Lorna replied promising my item was on its way and I would be refunded 50% for the delays. Then nothing. I love working with company's directly when I can and avoiding Amazon when possible. But in this case...Amazon would have been the better choice. Don't waste your time with Pawsomecouture.com. The worst customer service ever!
