I had held a PayPal account for 10 years, until November 2018. When they closed my account & to this day I still don't know why? I aparently I had breach something in their T&C, although I have no idea what. Because in the T&C it states they can terminate any account without reason, they don't have to tell me "What I done wrong". Disgraceful why to treat customers.
