Not recommended. Accepted payments for PIN codes, that cannot be added to wallet as limit has been reached. No warning when depositing. I have contacted customer service who are responding with Ai generated responses that ignore all mentions of the issue. Had I known I needed to give them load of personal detail I wouldn’t have bothered. Won’t even refund pins back to the account used to make payment without documents I do not possess. At this point now they are withholding my funds (and I suspect making interest on it). AVOID
