I am writing this with a sane mind after a few weeks of giving them a chance to make it right. (which they have agreed to send the money to my bank account but never follow through). I have an account with them to use for Skrill. I have deposited an amount of $1000 to Paysafecard, however since Skrill can receive only $400, it makes sense to receive the $600 back. Later that month, the amount of $200 got hacked and then the other $400 was never returned. They locked me out of my profile and has 0 follow ups since 15th June. Is Paysafecard a scam? As of this moment these are the stat: 11 days since our exchanged emails (asking nonsense back to zero) on 22/06. 18 days since my initial instructions which they have disregarded and no further follow ups on money transfers 15/6 - 16/6. 38 days since my initial report about the incident on 25/5.
