Great customer support. Very understanding. MUCH better than everyone else I've tried. Prices are decent, mostly higher quality services that are catered towards US/Euro influencers who care about these insights. Many unique services only offered here which makes me feel they are a step ahead like the gender and country targeting. Delivery of most services is very fast but not instant. I've learned the hard way that instant delivery is not the best and here again the PSM team demonstrate they are a step ahead by knowing this. Also, multiple payment options + all email confirmations contain a PDF receipt which our accountants love for tax preparing. Overall I've shopped around and have decided to stick around with these guys for almost 2 years now. Rarely writing reviews but they deserve it.
