I tried to address this between us but I cannot seem to get a call back from a supervisor so this is all I have left.
Been a customer for 17 years. Due to a banking glitch an $80 bill fell through. Pay trust sent that to a collections agency. I should have been called.
I paid the collections agency, but am still locked out of my funding account used for bill payment for at least 3 more days.
Inhave auto pay rules for credit cards that are stuck
I have mortgage payments that are stuck
I have utility bill payments that are stuck
Everyone in the world will accept funds from my checking account except pay trust. And I cannot even get a supervisor to call me back?
This is horrible policy. It is completely wrong to treat customers who entrust you with bill payment services this way.
