Short version. I placed an order for 1000.00 worth of products, one being a bean bag cover and insert. They delivered all the items except for the bean bag insert. I went back and forth with them for well over a month. First they claimed i received it, then after over 10 calls to them I finally got the product. It was the worst customer service I have ever had, they did not care, would not call back. I had to file a better business claim for which they then told me they would credit the shipping, but of course they never did. I used to buy from William Sonoma stores all the time. I do not know what happened to this company but I will not be buying from them again.
