I purchased a rug for my son’s dorm room in mid July with an estimated arrival of August 15th. Since that time, the delivery date keeps getting pushed further back and now will not arrive in time for move in. After contacting customer service, I was informed the item was on backorder. However, this was never indicated when I originally ordered the item. I also purchased a set of sheets that were organic cotton percale. For the cost, I would have expected soft and high quality sheets. They were scratchy and had a loose weave to them. Thankfully, I was able to return the sheets. The quality and customer service that used to be their benchmark are no longer there.
