Placed an online order, only to be told it hadn’t gone through. So went out and paid for the item , only to find the first payment was taken from the bank.
It took weeks to get my money refunded and I have read that this is happening all the time.
Terrible after sales care, customer services non-existent.
Left reviews on TrustPilot and Currys PC world must have seen it, as my genuine 1 star review was removed.
Incidentally, Currys PC world use Reevo on their own website and again they do not publish any bad reviews.
Not the reputable company they claim to be, unfortunately.
