Really bad customer service and delivery
I ordered a fridge/freezer about a year ago from their website. There were a lot of problems with the delivery and had to call their customer service several times before I could finally have the fridge/freezer delivered to my house.
On the 5th of January I ordered a phone and payed £10 extra to have it delivered the next day (6th) within a certain time slot. On the 6th I got a message from the courier they work with saying the phone will be delivered the next day (7th). The next day I waited at home all day waiting for the delivery just to receive a message from Curry's saying they're sorry they've missed me. No one rang my doorbell and no one called me about the delivery - just the message. Meanwhile I've called their customer service twice but it seems like they couldn't care less. Oh, and it seems like you can't buy anything straight from the shop either. Everything needs to be delivered to the shop before you can go and pick it up.
Horrible service, horrible business. Do't buy from them. They'll threat you like rubbish.
