Ordered a Shark Hoover on the 8th May which was due to be delivered 12th May. I then had an email after this to ask if I was happy with my purchase?! I still hadn't received my item!! I emailed them and they said it had been lost and they were now out of stock of the item and to call for a refund or replacement of a different item. The phone lines are impossible to get through to do this and still waiting for my refund from them.
Ordered from AO on Monday evening and delivered Wednesday morning. 5 stars to AO, big thumbs down for Currys!!!
