First of all I have sent 8 emails across the last 25 days and had 1 reply assking me to repeat what information already went into previous emails. I bought an adapter that has never been used and in original packing as I found the original one. They show a 30 days refund but you must have it authorisd by them first. I am about to pass the 30 days due to their lack of responce. I am about to contact consumer rights and whatever else i can, they have no other way of contacting on their website other than one email address, im now using a different email incase im blocked by them too.
