I open the driver app and it shut down my laptop. I called the company for help and was sent an email telling me how to fix the problem. I tried their method, but it didn't work. I then tried calling them back at 2am CST (that's when they take calls in this time zone). After waiting over an hour for customer service to pick up I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop and a subscription I'm not able to cancel. This was the worst experience I've had with any customer service. I would highly recommend no one purchase from this company,
