PCUK where more than helpfully with my problem. Advice regarding security for my lap and also cleared viruses that I was unaware of on my machine. Had problems with downloading PDFs and Word documents from emails. PCUK checked to see why I could not down load these documents, but it after trying down loading in other programmes, they opened fine. It was found to be a Virgin Media problem all along. The cost was very reasonable even though all the time spent trying diagnosing the problem was down to another supplier. I find that PCUK have always been more than helpful when ever I have had any problems with any machine that I have had. I would highly recommend PCUK to anyone that has a problem.
