I gave PDUNow 5 stars simply because of their excellent Customer Service. For sure, the material and the content provided is great but it was the Customer Service which I received that made all the difference. I bought the PDF based version of the renewal Test and soon realized that there is a technical glitch which will not allow me to complete my renewal in time (I was on a clock here). I wrote a (rather tough) email to PDUNow and got a reply, with a solution, within 15 minutes! Chris explained to me what the issue was, how they have already solved it, and to get back to me in case there is any further help needed. I was spending 300 bucks every time I was renewing. PDUNow did it in less than half that amount with a great Team to back it up with!
