I started my process in January 2020 and i was promised with IELTS training from March 2020. I understand that corona happened and they all are working from home but they should have arranged my training from somewhere else (online). Yesterday, they called me up and said that my training will be started from the next week. It's August & i could have prepared well in the last 04 months if they had started it earlier. Apart from this I'm completely satisfied with the company, case managers, responsiveness, etc. They also increased my agreement's validity for NO cost. You cannot find a better company than this for your Canada Immigration. My only complaint to the Owners is that they should have arranged my IELTS training sooner. That's it!
