I have been a client of this company for more than a year. Pros: 1. They Don't charge anything to extend their services. They have good knowledge about the work they supposed to do. That guy Rudra Kumar is always fixing their customers' problems and maintain a good customer relationship. Charges are neither too high nor too low (Fair). Shruti Verma Has been a good documentation person. They do answer their customers' calls after getting the payment (relief). Professionalism i would rate 9/10. Cons: Their Delhi office is a little compact, we didn't get much of a space in the cabin. Documentation team has some bad case managers too, but you can always talk to Mr. Rudra Kumar to change it to a Good one. Their sales team need some serious English Classes. I mean, not like I'm perfect but they are bad in English (atleast some of e'm).
