I have now ordered 3 pedestals through Pedestal Source and couldn't be happier with the experience. Two of the pedestals were custom-build cylinders which came out flawless, have held up nicely over months of usage, and were well-built with extra little details like non-slip pegs on the feet and a seamless finish. I also love the personalized video they send before shipping it out! My third pedestal was a custom-build acrylic U-table which also came out beautiful and had no complications with shipping even though it was massive! Unfortunately, the center joist holding the U-Table together gave out within a few hours of usage - the glue gave out under pressure. However, I couldn't be happier with how the Pedestal Source team handled the situation! I called my contact, Mike, and let him know what happened. We talked through the issue and came up with a few possible solutions. He was very kind and reassuring that they would make it right - and they sure did! Brad, one of their engineers, worked on a clever solution to fix the U-Table and then sent us a complete kit to repair it with a detailed video walking us through the steps. It was brilliant! I'm happy to report the U-Table is now more secure than ever and holding up beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the quality of product AND customer service experience from Pedestal Source. If you have a custom job they are the way to go for sure! No questions asked. I can't recommend them highly enough.
