I am so glad that I ordered a pedestal from Pedestal Source. First, we were pleasantly surprised with how fast the custom-made pedestal arrived (within a week of ordering it online). There were many very nice customer service touches in the end-to-end process. Pedestal Source has a very impressive operation with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. We greatly appreciated that Mike sent us samples of the two finishes we were considering. It helped us choose the right finish for our pedestal. All along the way, I received email notifications as to the status of my order. For example, there was an email with a link to a preview video showing me the pedestal being made. Amazing!! When my order shipped, I was alerted to when it would be delivered. Once received, I appreciated the thoughtful instructions on how to open the carton and unpack the pedestal. It also was a nice touch to see the stickers on the inside bottom of the pedestal showing who signed off on each step of the process. Great quality control! The finished product looks wonderful and is exactly what we wanted. This is the go-to place for anyone looking for a beautifully crafted pedestal.
