The customer service was superb. The pedestal I needed was not an "off-the-shelf" size. The person who worked with me to choose the material, take the appropriate measurements, and ensure the custom order would be perfect was both knowledgeable and patient. The order arrived ahead of schedule. It is well-made and looks beautiful, even better than I had expected.
