A very exceptional experience! The pedestal exceeded our expectations. Exceptional workmanship. Quality through and through. Customer service was over the top. The initial pedestal was damaged duing shipping. I wrote an email including photos of the damaged pedestal and shipping box. I received an immediate response stating that a replacement pedestal was already in production. The new pedestal was received within seven business days. Incredible turnaround considering the piece had to go from Colorado to Pennsylvania. I will definitely use The Pedestal source in the future!
