Overall the pedestals LOOKED great! In the event to get the RUSH order complete, they did not include power cords to charge the battery that we paid extra for. Call to customer service. They DID overnight two power cords, however one of the batteries was defective. Call to customer service. They DID overnight a new battery which worked fine. The velcro straps which hold the batteries in place were both broken, but I was fed up at this point and fixed them myself. Customer Service was great, but for the $3k customized job, I expected better than missing and defective parts. Good thing I ordered WELL ahead of time before our presentation.
