Really high quality product and the best customer service I have ever experienced. I realized I had ordered the wrong diameter podium almost immediately after purchasing. Although I live in a different time zone and it happened before their regular business hours, I was able to leave a voicemail and a very nice and extremely helpful customer service representative promptly called me back. She very politely talked to me through the dimensions of what I was planning to displayto ensure we had the appropriate size, then graciously modified my order. Regular communication on the status was followed by a personalized YouTube video showing me my pedestal, letting me know it was about to be shipped and when it would arrive, providing me clear directions on how to open the box without damaging the pedestal. (Who does that?!) Seriously - just a quality experience from start to finish.
