El pedido que realice era de un gabinete que venía anunciado como que traía 4 ventiladores y solo trae 3, realice mi solicitud de aclaración mediante whatsapp y 10 días después me informan que debo hacerla a través de correo electrónico además el gabinete tiene una falla en uno de los LEDS,
