It took about 2 months for delivery to finally occur to my townhouse in Philadelphia (they ship from China, but tell you when you order that an item is 'in stock'.) The post office misplaced the item after one attempted delivery (this is clear, but Peekwise would prefer to blame me somehow). I went to the post office 4x with my slip to attempt to retrieve the item but no one could find it. And after only 2 weeks, it was returned to Peekwise's warehouse in China, when I complained, I received a 5 paragraph letter blaming me for something (I'm not exactly sure) and a refund less a $20 restocking fee. It's like dealing with a 3rd world country. This is why people buy from Amazon. $20 restocking fee for an item that the post office lost and then returned to sender.
