Delivery was quick but -
Pens came with no instructions (but they are available on line)
The rollerball came with a blue refill (which is no use to me) when I was expecting a black one as in the description -
"Lamy Swift Palladium Rollerball pen features a unique clip – when the pen is in use the clip retracts into the pen so does interfere with the users hand. Glossy-chrome push button.
Includes a black M66 refill."
Sorry to be a bit negative!
