Excellent company ! When the item I ordered was out of stock I wa immwdiately emailed and offer a very similar but higer priced item AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME !
How many other companies would do that ? ... none that I know of !
Most would just want to refund you and probably loose you business too, as you would look elsewhere.
This firm will definitely get my custom in future for it's excellent customer service, it really DOES care about the customer, a rare thing indeed these days,
