Pen and paper got my order wrong they sent me the right pen with the wrong colour ink. However this is where great service comes into play. One quick phone call and they sent me the black refill next day without any hesitation or issues and they let me even keep the blue one. Fast and efficient service. However the initial purchase isn't 1st class delivery. Hopefully they can stretch to this in the future.
