I recently discovered Pen & Paper of Cardiff from whom I ordered my 5th. Lamy Fountain Pen. I had ordered the Black Purple All Star model with an extra fine nib. On receipt of the pen - stunning colour - and unlike all my other Lamy Pens it did not write from the first attempt, and it was very scratchy; on closer examination the nib itself was damaged. On telephoning Pen & Paper, I spoke to Michaella and she immediately despatched another EF point nib, with instructions on exactly how to change the nib. It arrived the next morning, and I am delighted to report that:- 1. Changing the nib - easy and simple! 2. As with all my other Lamy Pens, it wrote straight away and is exceedingly fine. I have found a company with old fashioned views on customer care and attention to detail, and I shall now be using them for all my stationery needs. It is so refreshing to find a company who puts the customer first and foremost. My thanks go to Michaella for putting things right so quickly and without a long list of questions or loading the customer with unfounded guilt. It gets Five Stars from me!
