Michaela and Amber have been first class in the way they have kept me informed regarding the new Lamy Lx ballpoints and the new Lamy Al Star Pacific ballpoint, these girls go above and beyond excellent customer service and the owners should be so proud to have such dedicated staff. Expecting delivery of my pens very soon. Once again I can't recommend the pen and paper company enough and will definitely be doing further business with them in May when the new Lamy range is launched.
