Shop did not have my original choice of gun metal grey, so ordered a brushed silver finish instead. This came very promptly and I preferred the brushed silver to my original choice.
As compensation for not having original choice, the shop supplied me with a black medium refill in place of the standard blue one, free of charge.
Pen was a present for a member of the family, so can't comment on how it is in use, but I'm sure it is fine. Would certainly use the shop again.
