Amber was truly fantastic when I had a small issue with my Lamy nib last month. All sorted perfectly. My daughter has 2 Lamy's now and is a fully fledged fountain pen convert thanks to Lamy and this shop! Thank you so much. Will be buying something again due to exceptional customer service.
