The first time I ordered from Pen & Paper Co. the service was excellent: prompt and efficient. It took 8 days to get to Slovakia. When I ordered the second time a month later, I never received the packet. I wrote a few emails until at last I got a response that the packet couldn't be delivered and had been returned to Pen & Paper Co. I was a little surprised I had to initiate the conversation to ask that the packet be resent. I waited and the same thing happened: I still didn't receive it. I asked if shipping by courier was possible but it wasn't. After a month, I was finally able to get a refund, which Pen & Paper Co. handled promptly. I really don't know what happened. In all due fairness to Pen & Paper Co., the fault lies somewhere between Royal Mail and my local postal service in Slovakia. I would, however, recommend adopting a courier service option for safe, fast, and efficient delivery, rather than relying upon the postal service. At least it would be nice if customers had that choice, even if at a higher cost. I'd have gladly paid it. But thank you for the very first shipment. It was fast, (I actually got it!), and I'm very satisfied with the products I ordered.
