I bought a Lamy fountain pen and notebook very close to Christmas. Unfortunately the notebook I wanted was out of stock but they called and offered me an alternative. How good it is to deal with a company like this (passionate about their business) where personal service is important especially when they must rely on internet sales. I will definitely visit when next in Cardiff as I really like this shop and I do hope that they will continue to be successful in these very difficult times. Wonderful - it will definitely be my next 'go to' site for good stationery items and I will certainly recommend them.
